In order to use the Tencent Cloud VPN Gateway Service (referred to as the "Service"), you should read and abide by the Tencent Cloud VPN Gateway Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this Agreement). Please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the terms and conditions, especially the terms of limitation or exemption, and the separate agreements and rules for opening or using a service. You are not authorized to use the Service unless you have read and accept all the terms of this Agreement and related agreements, rules, etc. Once you have selected the "Readed" creation process, or if you use the Service in any way, you are deemed to have read and agree to the above agreements, rules, etc.

In the event of any violation of this Agreement, Tencent Cloud reserves the right to limit, suspend or terminate the provision of services to you at any time in accordance with your breach of this Agreement, and has the right to pursue your liability.

Service content

“Service” in this Agreement refers to Tencent Cloud VPN Gateway Service and Network Support Service.
2. Service fee

The settlement method and billing standard shall be based on the published price of Tencent Cloud official website, and shall be calculated in Renminbi unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
3. Customer rights and obligations

3.1 You have the right to use the Tencent Cloud VPN gateway service you purchased in accordance with this agreement and obtain technical support and after-sales service from Tencent Cloud.

3.2 When you use Tencent Cloud VPN Gateway Service, you must abide by relevant laws and regulations to maintain Internet order and security. Do not engage in, including but not limited to, the following acts, or facilitate any violation of laws and regulations:

Illegal activities such as gambling, gambling, "private service" and "plug-in" were implemented.
Implement fraud, false or misleading behavior, or commit any act that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Publish, spread spam (SPAM) or contain information such as reactionary, feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, vulgarity and other violations.
Violation of the operating regulations of the network, equipment or service connected to Tencent Cloud Network.
Violation of regulations to carry out cross-border business issues. Without the approval of the competent telecommunications authority, it is not allowed to establish other channels such as VPN gateways to carry out cross-border business activities. After you create a user profile, its use is only for its internal office use, and may not be used to connect data centers or service platforms at home and abroad to carry out telecommunication business operations.
Implement illegal or unauthorized access, misappropriation, interference or monitoring.
Implement any behavior that destroys or attempts to undermine network security, including but not limited to viruses, Trojans, malicious code, phishing, etc., malicious scanning of websites, servers, hacking into the system, illegally obtaining data, and so on.
Implement any changes or attempts to change the system configuration provided by Tencent Cloud VPN Gateway Service or to undermine system security.
Use technology or other means to disrupt or disrupt the operation of Tencent Cloud VPN Gateway Services or the use of Tencent Cloud VPN Gateway Services.
Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of any product or any part or function of Tencent Cloud in any way, or to make, publish or disseminate the above tools and methods.
Any activity, including but not limited to "DNS Resolution", "Security Services", "Domain Agent", "Reverse Agent", causes you to be frequently attacked (including but not limited to DDoS attacks) and does not correct the behavior in time. Or did not eliminate the impact according to Tencent Cloud's requirements, thus affecting Tencent's cloud service platform or others.

You should not install or use pirated software on Tencent Cloud Services, and you should take security measures for the computer information system you use in accordance with relevant national regulations, including but not limited to the installation of nationally-approved computer information system security products. .

You should pay on time. If you use the post-paid service and pay the overdue payment, in addition to paying the due fee, you should pay the delayed performance fund to Tencent Cloud Company according to the standard of 3 baht per day, until the full payment is paid. . If you fail to pay the due fee within 15 days, Tencent Cloud has the right to terminate this agreement unilaterally. If you use the prepaid service at the same time, the fee corresponding to the service term you have not used will be returned to Tencent Cloud as a liquidated damages.
